  3. Soft drink
  4. Fast food
  5. Sugar
  6. Trans fatty acids
  7. Artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners and preservatives

The iffy shit

This list contains foods that you’re best to avoid:

  1. Soy
  2. Dairy
  3. Grains

Look, we’re all human if you do eat this shit don’t beat yourself up. It’s okay to go off the rails every now and then. Why, I could tell you a story about a leprechaun, a green goat and … er maybe not.
